Spectacle "Carmen" of Vologda puppet theatre was shown during the international festival MATERIA PRIMA in Krakow (Poland)
Festival MATERIA PRIMA is unique event in theatre world. It is one of the Major theatre festivals in Europe, it collects plays from all over the world. Only awarded by biggest international festivals shows are invited there. 12 theatres were invited to participate in MATERIA PRIMA festival this year, including theatres from France, Norway, Israel, Germany, Russia, Italy and Poland.
The festival is unique, because it is dedicated to the formal theater and gathers shows based on the universal language of plastics: sound, light, movement of the body, shadow theater, color and rhythm.
